I'm back.

yahhhhh..... I'm back. Had a wonderful, wonderful holiday travelling around Tasmania in a camper van and spending time in Melbourne with my sisters and their families. It is funny, whenever I tell anybody that I lived in a camper van for 10 days their first reaction is to laugh and say they can not imagine me doing that. It was actually great fun.. although I must say it is good to get back to my creature comforts and routine. Time to catch up on my blogging now.

Staying at my sister's retro house.

Hi from Melbourne. I am helping to babysit my adorable 2 year old niece while my sister and her husband are away at the illustrators fair in new york. I am staying in their wonderful retro house. It is like stepping back in time. It is a refreshing change.

My very talented sister Chris Bellamy has been mentioned in latest Belle Magazine including a photograph of one of her paintings on the "Right Now Art" page. The green painting on the right is hers.

Rustic garden.

A few months ago my husband and I sold our "french provincial" house and bought a contemporary home. We have never lived in a new house before and have discovered we really miss having an old worldly home and garden, so we have been out house hunting. Yesterday we visited a home open and my husband took this photo of the garden. Not quite my cup of tea but made a lovely photo.
