Protecting your photos online.

There is always the worry of people copying your photos. If your photos are published or just used on your social media there is always a chance that somebody my download and use them.  An easy way to prevent this is by placing your own monogram/logo on the photo. You can have it printed in a solid colour and bold or you can use a transparent version which does not detract from your photo too much.

Quarterfoil logo.

One of my customers asked me for a quatrefoil logo. I was not sure what that was although I have actually designed and used the shape I did not realise it had a name, until I looked it up on line.

So below is a description of a quatrefoil.

In art, architecture, and traditional Christian symbolism,^[1] the quatrefoil is a type of decorative framework consisting of a symmetrical shape which forms the overall outline of four partially overlapping circles of the same diameter. The word quatrefoil means "four leaves", from Latin quattuor, four, plus folium, a leaf.^[2]) and applies to general four-lobed shapes in various contexts. It is also used as a heraldic charge.
