Dog portrait.

My latest dog portrait, "Harley". I have had a little break from my blog for a while concentrating on my Easy shop but decided to make a post and more importantly have a look at everybody else's work.  Now I know why I love blogging so much. It is so great to see what everybody else is up to. The work is always so good and hugely inspiring.

Car show.

I helped out a friend on his coffee stand at Big Al's car day on Saturday. It was a fun day but quite exhausting. My friends coffee business is called Essenza which is Italian for aroma. He has been roasting his own coffee for years. His next venture is a Ap'e coffee scooter which he will be using for the first time next week. I will have to get a photo of that. It is pretty cute. Photo techniques.

We have had a vase of withered old roses sitting on a table for a few weeks now. Even though they were completely dead I thought they looked fantastic and just could not throw them out. Today I decided it was time for them to go but not before taking a photo. I tried some photographic techniques and I really liked the result. So sadly the flowers have gone now but the memory remains.

Coffee

My friend has a coffee roasting business and recently purchased an original Ape i.e a little scooter coffee van. It is so cute. It is an original 1950's Italian scooter which has undergone a major restoration and now looks amazing. To compliment the Italian style delicious affogatos will be served from the cart along with coffee "of course" and nougat. All my favourite things. I have designed a poster to advertise the affogatos. I will post of pic of the coffee cart when it is up and running.
